ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE and TAXES
Tanya Hansen, the Accounts Receivable/Tax Clerk, works with a contracted assessor, Appraisal Company of Alaska, to complete the assessment role and then bills property tax. In addition, the clerk bills most other charges for service and records payments and makes most bank deposits. She does wastewater, port, and solid waste billing.
